Guidance and support around your work life

We advise employees with severe disabilities (Schwerbehinderung)  and equal status (Gleichstellung), civil servants (Beamte) und trainees to work related issues. Together we develop solutions to secure or adjust work places.

We walk along side with you and your individual needs, in cases of:

• a difficult work situation
• problems at your workplace due to your disability
• supporting your return to work process
• a pending return to work management process (BEM)
• questions to employees protection against dismissal (Kündigungsschutz)

We are also the specific access point in Berlin to provide counselling and support to employees with epilepsy.
