We advise and support people with health impairments and disabilities to all work related issues. Together with you, we will find the answers and solutions that are helpful in your everyday working life or in your search for a new career perspective.

We support:

• Employees with  severe disabilities (Schwerbehinderung) or equal status (Gleichstellung)
• Job seekers with health impairments
• People with a full disability pension (Erwerbsminderungsrente)  within the guidelines of the Budget for work (Budget für Arbeit)
• Employers of people with disabilities
• Company stakeholders and representatives

All services on our website are confidential and free of charge.

ifd mitte is a cooperation of the Union Sozialer Einrichtungen (USE) gGmbH and the WIB – Weißenseer Integrationsbetriebe GmbH and acts on behalf of the Department of Integration Berlin (Inklusionsamt Berlin) according to §§ 192ff. SGB IX , the rehabilitation providers and the providers of integration assistance (Eingliederungshilfe).

Opening hours: Monday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm, Friday 9 am to 1 pm
